Anna & Rubén are a young couple who stayed under need of getting their first house. These young guys had the desire to find an affordable tiny plot in a residencial area where to design a compacted paired house, adapted to the place, the urbanistic limitations and their necessities. Thus, an adapted two-storey cubicle appeared, chiseled with various setting backs mainly to generate the entrance and a front terrace with a clear predominance of the mass against the emptiness of the openings.

Inside, that house keeps rational, with a centered and half-opened staircase that organizes the several stances, reserving an opened space to let the daily live ocurs with a maximum connection to the little garden. Upstairs,  functional programme organizes the night-time rooms around the staircase and faced to the garden spaces.
