BUSINESS CENTRE S'AGARÓ searches the creation of a space for the interacion and knowledge exchange among professionals focused on the business and coworking. It propounds in its core the heart of the programme, resulting paradoxically an outer space belonging to the same building -and not because of that, alien to it- consisting of an area for the public and common reunion where the verbal comunication among professionals is possible, and thus, create links, contacts and agreements in a cherful way.

 

The important is not the building itself, but the neuralgic space generated. A sort of cloister surrounded by all the indoor programme which, in this case, will contain in the whole upper floor a programme divided in two areas: the coworking space and an area destined to the business.

The lower building's floor contains a programme more linked and permeable to the cloister consisting in leasure spaces such as the bar-restaurant or the rest rooms, although there will also appear other spaces closely related to the street such as the auditorium.
