In this project, the aim was to get a house's maximum adaptation in a plot characterised by many conditioning factors or imputs that generated many handicaps which had to be transformed into strenghts. These inputs were related to the geometry of the plot, its irregular topography and finally, a preexisting and the most trascendental element to solve the project: a brick wall that divided the ground in two levels or terraces.

Considering these conditions, the two ground levels where conserved giving rise to an adapted and integrated house attached to the wall from which orthogonal structural bays appear, generating all the programme to open itself to the best solar orientation and lascape view.

Thus, a half-buried house appears on the ground, protected from northern winds and exposed to the southern sun to catch all the light for the living space, becoming at the end, a bioclimatic house.

Its green roof's height, matched with the upper level of the preexisting ground, allows a total integration of the house into the landscape.
