​The project focuses on the exterior spaces of a property and includes two main parts:

 

EXTERIOR INTERVENTION

 

The primary goal is to redefine and organize the use of the outdoor areas and improve pedestrian circulation. This is being achieved through the following actions:

​

- Structural Reinforcement: A retaining and boundary wall separating the property from a neighboring plot needs to be reinforced.

​

- Architectural Integration: A series of rhythmic porticos will be built. These structures serve a dual purpose: they reinforce the existing tall walls and create new covered spaces. These new porticos are designed to be in dialogue with the existing ones on the house, creating a unified architectural style.

​

- Functional Spaces: The new covered areas under the porticos will host complementary functions that interact with the garden.

​

- New Pool: The plan also includes the construction of a swimming pool.

 

HOUSE REMODELING

 

The second part of the project addresses the main house, focusing on:

​

- Facade Restoration: The existing facades will be repaired and restored.

​

- Porch and Access Remodeling: The porches and access points to the house will be remodeled.
